Grants your Kiamara the ability to breed with the NPC: Reggie 
ONLY uses the Good Luck palette unless the child rolls a color changing trait. 
Using this item gives a +10 to all trait rolls (except mythic) from ALL parents - This does stack on top of the max +25 usually allowed.
If used on a NMYO or SWAC Breeding, the child has a 1% chance at gaining a blessing. 
(Blessing roll chance is NOT affected by buffs/items)

Raffle ticket for a free Triplet Breeding from Rexos-Isle.
You do not need an Offering of Love or a Triplet Trinket for this breeding. 

One raffle ticket per person between the 24th and 28th of February.
The raffle winner will be announced via News Post. 
You have 1 month after the raffle has been rolled to submit a form either on the News Post of via DM on Discord to Rexos-Isle if you are the winner.
