Grants your Kiamara the ability to breed with the NPC: Reggie 
ONLY uses the Bad Luck palette unless the child rolls a color changing trait. 
Using this item gives a -10 to all trait rolls (except mythic) from ALL parents. 
If used on a NMYO or SWAC Breeding, the child has a 1% chance at gaining a curse. 
(Curse roll chance is NOT affected by buffs/items)
