"Applies to all breedings up to and including Quad Tickets, this is a complete negation of the TOTAL breeding cost"

Grants your Kiamara the ability to breed with the NPC: Reggie 
ONLY uses the Bad Luck palette unless the child rolls a color changing trait. 
Using this item gives a -10 to all trait rolls (except mythic) from ALL parents. This -10 to traits cannot be countered by any of Reggie's buffs.
If used on a NMYO or SWAC Breeding, the child has a 1% chance at gaining a curse. 
(Curse roll chance is NOT affected by buffs/items)

ONLY uses the Good Luck palette unless the child rolls a color changing trait. 
Using this item gives a +10 to all trait rolls (except mythic) from ALL parents - This does stack on top of the max +25 usually allowed.
If used on a NMYO or SWAC Breeding, the child has a 1% chance at gaining a blessing. 
(Blessing roll chance is NOT affected by buffs/items)
