Applies the following permanent buff to a character:
Bloodline: Allows for any quest entries that depict both characters with this buff in the same piece eligible to be accepted twice (once per character) should the piece meet the requirements for the quest and the Bloodline buff. This buff can only be applied to the focus character and either their parent, sibling, or child.
