If used on an entry in the Grand Entrance, you will get a piece from the Filing Room. 
If used on an entry in the Filing Room, you will get a piece from the Grand Entrance.

If the twins are not rolled, each kit in the breeding gains x1 Uncommon Mutation.
This overrides the standard Mutation slot.
