This item has two uses:
Grants the following to all Kits/Calves in a breeding:
10% chance to obtain a random minor power
5% chance to obtain a random major power
2% chance to obtain a blessing or curse
However, no traits above Rare can pass to children except Alternate Form or Minor/Major powers.
When added as the permanent buff 'Tainted by Dusk' to your character:
When breeding, any traits this Solarian would pass on to children are rolled for rarity ONLY, not the specific trait. If it rolls to pass, the artist (or admin rolling a NMYO slot) may choose to change the trait to a different one within the same rarity.
[Example; If a Kia has UC Claws, R Fur, and VR Void Eyes that roll to pass, the artist can choose to change those traits to any UC, R, and VR trait for the child.]
However, Solarians with this buff can NOT gain any new traits except Alternate Forms, Minor Powers, Major Powers, and a Blessing/Curse unless this buff is removed.
