Kia's name: Poseidon, but goes by Marius among Mortals
Propmt:
When visiting the mortal realms, beyond his capacity of god of the seas, ‘Marius’ likes to explore and experience things through fresh eyes. He enjoys getting to watch others enjoy his creations. Today he is waiting among others to board a boat as the sun begins to set. The others were laughing and drinking, which made him smile. The dock faced out over the water and the sun danced over the water, the waves gently splashing at the walls and pillars.
Soon it was time for the group to hop aboard. The sun was sinking further behind the horizon behind them until soon the dark surrounded them. In the wake of the boat a faint blue glow began to show. Soon the boats pulled into a bay, anchoring and the other Solarians scrambled into the water. Marius took his time and tipped the captain well before driving off the edge.
Once in the inky black water, magic happened. A blue glow moved and flowed all around them as they swam. It appeared as though the water had turned into the night sky, shimmering stars all twinkled about. Everyone gasped in amazement and wonder as Marius watched with sheer joy.
After about 20 minutes of swimming in the star-lit lagoon, it was time to take their leave. The Solarians all clambered back into the boat and Poseidon turned and swam back out to the open ocean, a blue glowing trail being the only trace left as he eagerly planned his next visit to the shores and the creatures who love his sea as much as he does.
(If I'm too late no worries. Just hopefully just squeezing in)
