Time Manipulation:
Allows for all offspring to have their traits re-rolled during breedings.
Can only be re-rolled once at the start of a breeding and if a reroll is asked to happen they cannot use the previous set of traits.
Cannot reroll individual traits and must be fully re-rolled.
When used in a NMYO, the user can choose up to 10 traits from the parent with the Time Manipulation power. If less than half of the traits chosen are not rolled, or if the majority do not roll in case of an odd number, then the full trait list will be re-rolled for a second time. The list with the most chosen traits present on it will be the one used for the NMYO.
