Apparently, this serum is meant to be the same liquid that Mana Souls are made of, though with the added touch of free will that is. It has a sweet, yet sour, taste to it. It's also advised not to drink this liquid.

"It appears this Soul Serum has been sat out far too long to the point the serum has become a muddy red colour. The mana soul that was used in the liquid creation has dissipated into the environment, leaving nothing but a few separated liquids around the piece of iron within the bottle. The aroma this solution gives off is both warm and metallic."
