Guarantees ONE Glowing trait of the users choice (excluding M Full Body Glow) to kits
Grants the following to all kits in a breeding:
Guarantees ONE Glowing trait of the users choice (excluding M Full Body Glow) to kits
When used on an existing character:
Grants the following buff to the character:
Festive Spirit - When used in breedings, all Glowing traits this character has (excluding M Full Body Glow) have a +10 to pass to kits. Additionally, if used in a SwaC or NMYO, there is a +1/1% chance of the kit gaining the Full Body Glow trait.
