This guy's silly lil hat??? Why it's a rainbow propeller hat! But not just with any propeller! The propeller looks like lollipops and the brim is polkadotted!!!! So are the little flaps on the sides! It's a favorite amongst clowns when he goes to carnivals and fairs! Just a shame he's also afraid of clowns-
