Gus quickly paces around on his stall, throwing pictures of different Vullabies, Lampyres, and Dregonians onto the various string lights that lay around.
He points to them frantically, then onto the papers on the counter.
"GUSGUS!" he chirps to get your attention. He deliberately points to the pictures again.
"Friend?" he shakes his head, pointing to two of them at the same time, before hugging himself. "FRIIIIENNNNDDDD" his robotic voice was full of emphasis, indicating... more than friends?
OH!
You notice the papers on the counter; they were all linearts for different pets! Gus was asking you to colour them in to make the pets some offspring!
He also points to some pens with lined paper. He stops for a minute, tapping his metal head in deep thought as he tried to work out how to explain it...
"I see the little tin can over 'ere is askin yer to either colour in some pictures to make offspring, or write about them havin' a family member." A chill runs down your spine as you hear someone's unmistakable voice - Sal.
"FRIEND!" Gus chirps, happily tippy-tapping his feet as he looked to Sal.
"Yeah, yeah, whatever Tin Can." Sal said, smirking, attention turning to you once more. "He's gonna be giving me the best ideas ya can come up with. See, I know a guy who knows a guy an'... well, lets just say he knows how to make these drawin's and writin's reality. Only the best ones tho. So, do yer best will yer?"
Sal always had a habbit of annoying anyone he came across, but seeing the happy look in Gus' eye... maybe you'll draw some or write about some, just for him.

Pretty Potions

Gus looks around the booth quizzically, jumping off the plinth as he began rummaging through boxes. You hear a clitter clatter of metal and wood, followed by the chime of glass being hit together. Like bottles in a crate rattling together. Wait... it IS bottles in a crate rattling togehter. Gus quickly pokes Sal who was standing nearby day dreaming.
"Huh? Oh, right, lemme get that for yer tin can." he said, patting the little robot on the head before kneeling down and lifting the rather deceivingly heavy crate up. He winced and huffed as he let it drop onto the booth, shaking his head. "Tumult be damned... What is in this thing?" He asked, looking to Gus.
"GUS!" The robot tippy-tappied the box, closing his eyes as if smiling up at him. You look to the box and take it upon yourself to see what was inside.
Potion bottles?
Sal rolled his eyes and laughed a little.
"A couple of years ago, this lil' annoyance decided he an' his... Brother? Cousin? Uncle? Whatever-you-call-'im, 'Sug' were goin' round, makin' potions or ruinin' potions.. I forget which one it was. Seems the lil' tin can here still kept some bits and bobs from it."
"Gus gus gus Gus!" Gus chuckled, nodding his head in excitement. Then Sal realised; that same little event from before was going to be one of the activities on the booth. The 'Mara sighed scratching his head.
"Fine, but if I get even one of these so called potions you and yer lil' friends make at me shop, I'll turn yer into scrap metal, a'ight? Too many time wasters last time..."
Gus nodded, bringing his string-like arm to his head and saluted, humming happily.

Affinity Card Decorating

Gus shakily planted a large book on the Craft Booth's surface with a loud thud. The dusty tome wasn't old, but it certainly hadn't been looked in for quite a while. Gus muttered his name quietly, but with a chirp of happiness before he saw you watching him. He closed his eyes as he waved you over, tippy-tapping his feet in eagarness to show you.
When you walk over, you look down at the book. It read "Affinity Cards"?
You look to him to ask permission to open the tome, and he happily nodded, looking at the book eagarly.
You then begin to flip through the pages. Page after page in this book, now recognisable as a scrap book, showed different cards in which many 'Maras were drawn upon them.
As you were looking, Sal raised a brow, walking over to see what had caught your attention. He quietly looked, before letting out a little chuckle.
"Well, Well. Seems like our lil' Tin Can here is a lil' sentimental. See all these cards 'ere? They're from the first Affinity Faire since the Calamity happened, when the big ol' rifts opened up and spewed a loada others into our world... Seems like this lil' man has been keepin' them on hand as a memento or somethin'..."
Gus nodded to his reasoning, before pointing to some paper and crayons on his desk. With a little hand movement, you could tell that he wanted to make more cards this year. He looked on over to Sal as well, tilting his head. After a moment, the 'Mara sighed.
"Fine, fine, I'll do one too for yer, ya annoyin' lil' rascal."
Gus jumped up happily. "GUS!"
