NPC 0024 has the following breeding buffs/debuffs:
Child of Chaos:
When used in a breeding, there is a chaos roll done before any other trait rolls. This roll is NOT affected by any items/powers.
If the chaos roll is a 2-99, all traits are rolled like normal.
If the choas roll is a 1, the child defaults to all common traits, regardless of any items used.
If the chaos roll is a 100, all possible traits automatically pass.
If two traits would cancel each other out, the higher of the two passes. If they are the same rarity, it is up to the artist's discretion which one passes.

Aquatic Heritage:
+5 chance of the Aqua-Based Tail trait being passed in breeding if either parent already has it. [Reggie has it]

Emotive Chaos:
On top of the standard mutation roll, each offspring can have a guaranteed mutation should the parent's owners wish for them. [I do not wish for a guaranteed mutation]
Each kit can have up to 6 Mutatos/Mutato Potions rolled instead of 5.

Immortality:
If the user decides not to guarantee a random minor power, the breeding instead will gain a 10% chance of a random minor power being rolled and all traits can be rolled as usual.

Lesser Levitation:
+5 chance of the Large Wings trait being passed in breedings if either parent has the trait. [Reggie has it]

Water Breathing:
20% Chance of offspring obtaining the Gills trait.

Remy's buffs:

Fire Blast:
55% chance of finding crafted cooking items in any guild quest.
7% chance of the Extremely Long Hair trait being passed in breedings if neither parent has the trait.
+7 chance of the Extremely Long Hair trait being passed in breedings if either parent has the trait.

Nature's Spirit:
10% chance of the Flora Horns trait being passed in breedings if neither parent has the trait.
+10 chance of the Flora Horns trait being passed in breedings if either parent has the trait.
